Cheap Hen Night T-Shirt Printing

dsc03205There are plenty of hen night t-shirt suppliers out there to choose from, so how do you know if you’re getting a good deal? A low price is obviously important as nobody wants to spend too much of their budget on the t-shirts if there’s little left over for ther other costs involved in organising a hen party, such as accomodation (hotels etc), transport, club entry fees, and of course drinks. The rest of your outfit (trousers, jeans or skirts, tiaras etc) also cost money.

Is DIY the answer?

The t-shirts you’ll be wearing for your hen night will need to look right for the occasion. It’s tempting to try and print your own hen night t-shirts using iron-on transfers, however I’ve had so much feedback from people who have tried this that I really can’t recommend it. The results usually look very amateurish. In fact I’ve had to do whole reprints for customers where their own attempts at t-shirts printing have gone wrong.

Or use the experts!

At our shop in Birmingham City Centre we supply custom printed t-shirts for hen nights to customers from across the entire UK. Every day we have the pleasure of dealing with many different people all with their own unique requirements. We’ve had lots of experience and know exactly how to create stunning looking hen night t-shirt designs that our customers love. A large percentage of our customers come to us after being recommended by a friend, which is testament to our commitment to doing a great job for our customers every time.

Make your life easier…

All we need from you is an idea of what you would like to have printed on the t-shirts, in terms of wording, any images, and also the print colour. We’ll also need to know what colour t-shirts you’d like us to use, and what sizes. If you’re having individual names printed on the t-shirts, it’s just a matter of writing out a list of the names and what size t-shirt for each person. To work out the price, simply tell us how many t-shirts you would like, and give us an idea of what you’d like printed. Simply use the contact us page to get in touch, and we’ll come back to you quickly with a competitive price quote and a payment link if you’d like to go ahead. We can then begin printing your t-shirts, which usually takes just 1-3 days.

We’ll post the finished items out to you via an approved reliable courier service. You’ll need to sign for the parcel as proof of receipt.

Shopping around for Hen Night Shirts?

There are many t-shirt printing firms out there who produce fantastic custom printed t-shirts for all occassions - so how do you pick the best one, and how do you avoid paying over-the-odds? Well, luckily you’ve found these great hints to help you find the perfect t-shirts for the big nights.

  1. Firstly, decide how you want your t-shirts to look. Think about what colour t-shirts you’d like, what colour the printing should be, do you want any photos or nicknames of the hen party printed onto the t-shirts etc. You can find some tips here to make sure you don’t forget anything.
  2. Next it’s time to shop around for quotes. Not everyone wants to phone around asking for quotes, using up the credit on your mobile phone etc - thankfully we now have the joys of email - so find some t-shirt printing firms on Google and let them know your requirements via email.
  3. Beware that many t-shirt printing firms actually charge more for stag & hen night shirts than they normally would for other kinds of t-shirts, simply because they take advantage of peoples’ lack of knowledge of how much t-shirt printing usually costs. The best way to avoid getting ripped off like this is to stay away from some of the bigger name t-shirt printing website who have more money to spend on advertising -you’ll find the smaller guys can usually give you a much better deal, but you have to spend a little more time looking for them. TeetShirts is one of the smaller t-shirt printers like this.
  4. Avoid “design your own t-shirts online” websites. They’re fiddly to use, and it can take an age to design your shirts - it’s also rather difficult to get the positioning of the prints exactly the same on each t-shirt if you’re having different hen nicknames on each shirt.
  5. These “design you own t-shirts online” sites are also quite expensive compared to having a professional design your t-shirts for you, based on your specifications. It’s true!

Armed with these tips, you’re now ready to go and look for the best deal on your hen night shirts. Good luckand have fun!

How to order your Hen Party T-Shirts

If you follow this handy guide before contacting us for a quote on your hen party t-shirts, you won’t go far wrong!

  • T-shirts or Polo shirts?
We use 100% cotton t-shirts and polo shirts. Polo shirts are great quality, with buttons and collars. They usually cost about a quid more per t-shirt, and they look the business.
  • What colour t-shirt & print?
We stock pretty much every colour t-shirt you can think of, and a huge range of print colours including gold and silver, and flourescent colours.
  • Large print on the front or left hand breast print?
Left-hand-breast print works best for polo shirts - a logo about 12cm wide, or something like “Marie’s Hen Night” with “Prague ‘09″ underneath. Or you could have your names on the front of your shirts.
  • Names on the back across the shoulders
For example, the stag might have “HEN” across the back, and the rest of the ladies could have their nicknames.
  • Numbers on the back?
    Football team style!
  • Sleeve Print
If you’d like a logo or some text on the sleeves of your stag t-shirts, this is no problem
  • Fonts
We can print in any font you like. Take a look at www.1001freefonts.com - take your pick and let us know which you’d prefer. Multiple fonts is no problem, we don’t charge extra.
  • Photos
If you’ve got an embarassing photo of the bride-to-be that you’d like us to print on the shirts, just let us know and we’ll give you details on how to send the photo to us print on the shirts.

When you’ve decided how you want your shirts to look, make a list of each member of your hen party group. Be sure to include

  • Number (if you’re having football team-style numbers on the back of your shirts)
  • Name or nickname
  • Size of the t-shirt

Once that’s done, use the contact form on this page to get your free hen t-shirts quote.

How to save a ton of money on your Hen Pary T-Shirts

One important thing to be aware of is that while there are a lot of t-shirt printing companies on the net, many of them charge well over-the-odds for stag and hen party t-shirts. This is because most of the people who organise stag and hen parties have never had t-shirts printed before, so they aren’t aware of how inexpensive t-shirt printing can be -and the printing firms take advantage of this. This article explains how to save a ton of money on your hen t-shirts.

First of all, don’t be fooled by offers such as “Hen Party T-shirts from £4.99″ - chances are the quality of the t-shirts will be cheap and nasty, and not the kind of thing you’d want to wear for such a big occasion as a hen night. Rock bottom prices usually mean rock bottom quality.

Secondly, be aware that low-priced t-shirts normally come with a high delivery charge. One of the best ways to avoid this is to use a local t-shirt printing company, so you can collect the t-shirts yourself, but that’s not always an option. In that case, check and make sure any quotes you receive include the postage costs, so you know exactly what the true price is you’ll be paying.

Here’s another tip that can save you a lot of money - Don’t bother with those websites where you can “design your own t-shirts online”. You’ll spend ages trying to get to grips with the online t-shirt designer software, only to be presented with a ridiculous charge for each t-shirt by the time you’ve finally managed to put together a half-decent design. This is because computer programmers charge a lot of money to make these t-shirt designing programs, and this cost is passed on to you, the end buyer. You might also want to leave the design work to the professionals, for best results.

So, in summary…

  • Rock bottom prices usually means rock bottom quality
  • Be careful of excessive postage costs, or shop locally
  • Stay clear of expensive “design your own t-shirts” websites

With these tips in mind, you should be well on your way to getting a great deal on your hen party t-shirts!
